Sandblasting and Primer Application with Overspray Control (OSC)
It’s a combination of two App Kits in one, which, thanks to the consequentiality
of the two operations, guarantees a reduction in the formation of rust.
An increased coating adhesion will be achieved.
There is no additional cleaning required. Sandblasting has the options dry or wet.
Up to 80% of the sand can be absorbed due OSC.
High pressure cleaning with up to 50k psi for fast and efficient hull cleaning.
High precision operation which uses
our own on-/off-line compensation software;
it obtains and supports the perfect shape
of the surface and design from your architects.
With this App Kit, the thickness of the sprayable filler is controlled,
avoiding the inclusion of air bubbles.
As an alternative method the application of traditional non-sprayable filler can be applied to the bar
of the robot by human workforce. This method ensures excellent consistent quality of the filler application.

By controlling the pressure, a uniform
roughness is obtained without causing
any kind of defects.

Desinfection with UV-Light
The low pressure UV lamps exploit UV-C light to get the rapid sterilization of bacteria, molds, viruses and microorganisms both in air and in water. About 40% of electricity isconverted directly into UVC radiation withmonochromatic emission at 254 nm and 185nm for germicidal applications. Ozone is the strongest oxidizing agent available: it reactswith a multitude of organic compounds andcan oxidize and disinfect air and water.
